101.3 The Coast strictly adheres to all FCC underwriting requirements – therefore messages must be:
-informational, but not promotional
-15 seconds long and voiced only by a member of The Coast staff
-free of any “call to action” asking a listener to “do” “buy” “go to” “hurry on down” or “for a limited time only”
-description of the business, but without qualitative language such as “the best” “number one” or “the only place”
-free of mentions of prices, discounts and sales
